Dr Dayalan Masi has dedicated much of his medical career to the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, with decades of experience in skin cancer medicine and surgery.

With a strong focus on the early detection and treatment of skin cancer, he provides thorough skin examinations, accurate diagnosis and evidence-based treatment. Precancerous skin lesions are treated using a range of therapies, including cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen treatment) and topical treatments such as Efudix for sun-damaged skin and certain precancerous lesions. Skin cancer surgery forms a significant part of his practice and includes surgical excisions, skin flaps and skin grafts, with the aim of achieving the best possible medical and cosmetic outcomes.

In addition to skin cancer management, he assesses and treats benign skin lesions and offers cosmetic mole removal where appropriate. His broad procedural experience allows many patients to receive diagnosis, treatment and reconstruction in one setting. A priority of his practice is ensuring patients understand their condition and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their care.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his young twin children and family.
