Our Doctors / Dr Wabbas Mahmud

Dr Wabbas Mahmud is the Principal GP at our practice, bringing extensive experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. He completed his General Practice training in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and holds postgraduate qualifications including a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a Diploma in Dermatology, both from the UK.

He will be taking some time away from Mount Hutton Medical & Skin Cancer Centre to pursue further education and advance his expertise in skin cancer medicine. We are truly grateful for the exceptional care and dedication he has shown to our community, and we warmly wish him every success as he continues to grow in his professional journey.

To ensure your care remains seamless, we are pleased to welcome Dr Thomas Cassidy, who will be available to take over your regular appointments and provide the same high standard of comprehensive medical support. A thorough handover between Dr Wabbas and Dr Cassidy will take place to ensure your continuity of care is fully maintained.
